Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do we choose between the Workshop, Audit, and Studio?

Start with scope and urgency. If you need a rapid, shared understanding among executives, the Executive Intensive Workshop is optimal. When regulatory pressure or board-level risk concerns dominate, the Ecosystem Audit & Advisory retainer provides governance depth. If transformation initiatives are budgeted but stalled in middle management, the 90-Day Transformation Studio delivers a hands-on vehicle to move from strategy to funded pilot. We often stack these: Workshop → Audit (optional) → Studio.

What pre-work is required from our team?

For the Workshop, only a short survey and access to two recent strategy decks. The Audit requires secure, read-only access to policy documents, org charts, and anonymised process logs; our NDA and data-protection addendum are executed beforehand. The Studio builds an Ecosystem Twin, so we schedule a one-hour data scoping call and provision a private Git/SharePoint repo; no production credentials are requested.

How is pricing structured and what hidden costs should we expect?

Listed fees are all-inclusive: facilitation time, digital twin licence during the engagement, and post-session artefact packaging. Travel (if on-site) is billed at cost with prior approval. For the Audit retainer, any hours beyond the 8-hour monthly advisory pool are optional and pre-quoted. No per-seat LMS fees apply—the Moodle environment is hosted by us.

Do we need an existing AI stack or specialist staff to benefit?

No. The frameworks are technology-agnostic; we start with experience flows and governance patterns. That said, when clients already use cloud ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure OpenAI), we interface with in-house data teams to shorten time-to-prototype. The Studio can integrate your preferred tools, but a baseline data steward and IT contact accelerate logistics.

Who owns the intellectual property created during an engagement?

All client-specific artefacts—ecosystem diagrams, risk models, pilot charters—are your property. CoCreX LLC retains ownership of the underlying DRT/MLXE methods but grants you an internal, perpetual licence to reuse templates and slides. If you later wish to white-label our frameworks for external resale, a 30 % royalty licence is available under a separate agreement.
